Wolfeboro.TK has a map that locates dealers of antique and collectible materials, including used books in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire.

The Winnipesaukee Forum discussed used book dealers in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire and mine was the first mentioned... by the "old coot," whoever that is!

Green Yourself details the sustainability efforts of my book shop on their site for environmentally friendly businesses.   You can also find me listed as a used bookseller on Eco Business Links.

If you are looking for a birds-eye view of my bookstore, you can find it at WikiMapia out of India.

I am happy to exchange links with the Glynn House in Ashland, N.H.

My New Hampshire shop is the only one mentioned by UsCity.Net in their page claiming to list the bookstores of the Granite State.

Google.com lists businesses based in Wolfeboro, N.H.

Wayback Machine - A truly amazing site that offers an online tool that I used to compare the oldest (1999) archive of my website from a list of archives based on my old ISP with the most recent from a list of newer archives.   I used this online website archive to retreive some images and pages that I thought were long lost.

On AmericanaExchange.com I discuss reprint publishers of the late 1800s and early 1900s.
A literature trivia site (loaded with links to "Big Brother Bookstores") does list my site at BookBuffet.com.

Viable Paradise includes my shop with other stores that sell Science Fiction.   Skaffe lists my shop as one of four sources for Reference books.

XOM Reviews and About Us allow you to post your thoughts about this website.   Alexa does the same, along with some viewer traffic analysis, but is tied to a "Big Brother" site.

The Super Pages phonebook lists my bookstore in Wolfeboro, but beware of their useless search feature: it lists New York locations as being 10 miles from my shop!   Places where this website has a classified advertisment (with a BIG image): WantAdsOnline.com. (without any image): Ezilon.com, Sunstream.com.

General Search Engines:

Back before Google, DogPile.com was my favorite search engine... and is still a nice performer.   Other search engines include AllTheWeb, Bing, click4choice.com,   Clusty,   Collarity - a search that breaks results into their respective medium.   Do you remember CompuServe? It is still with us.   Cuil is new and seems cool even if I can't figure out how to pronounce the name.

Decipho is a clean search providing relevant results uncluttered by keyword driven ads.   Duck Duck Go is also a new and cute discovery.   ExaLead provides interesting statistical information about the returned search results.   Fazzle provides intermittent results with ads on the side.   FindIt-quick, 4ei.com has to be one of the funkiest search engines on the planet!

GayCrawler.com is specifically geared to individuals who are Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgendered, Queer, or friends and allies of the above.   Although listed at #50, they do list this site at the top if you search for "used books".   Gigablast provides clean results listing only sites directly related to your search.   IceRocket offers clean results with occasionally odd commentary.

Kosmix provides an easy way to link to your search term while combining Google results from blogs, the web and images... with a little irrelevant shopping on the side.   Lexxe (alpha) presents relevant results together with keyword clusters.   Mojeek groups relevant results by site... with one really weird exception.   MrSapo requires work to avoid the adbot results.

Quintura,   ReallyBigSearch.comReleton is designed to weigh search results but that feature is broken.

Snap allows you to selectively preview results,   SurfWax has a nice "magnifying glass" feature.   TripleMe is a very fast metasearch that displays columns of results from three more popular engines.   TurboScout allows you to search for results in a number of engines, but only one at a time.   Usedbooks1 lists me as the only bookstore related to "Hampshire" or "Outdoors",

Vmgo allows you to control the positioning of website results... to some extent.   Yahoo.com, and Zuula.

International Search Engines:

From Australia: ansearch.com.au,

From Canada: Kartoo.com allows you to refine your search by adding, or removing key words,

From Great Britain: Click4Choice.co.uk.
    (Pending acceptance): Abiz Web Directory

So Mr. BQQKS, how do I get onto your "Nothing Special" reciprocal links page?

Well, it is actually pretty simple:   I link to the page on your site that links to my site... provided that I like what you do.   The placement of your site on this page depends on where my site is placed on your page.   Sites that link to my dead website on JLC.net, list my old Ossipee address, are very slow, are pdf files, or with popup ads will not be listed. While I do check these links from time to time, please let me know if you run into dead links or popups on any of these sites and I shall remove them.

But Mr. BQQKS: my site is SPECIAL !

Well why didn't you say so sooner ?   Click Here to see my "Best Links" Page and listing instructions.
